we were visiting the Casa Grande, AZ area and became very interested in purchasing a home at the Robson Ranch Golf Resort Community. We were introduced to Sarah Miller by friends and she began helping us with our search. We found Sarah to be very knowledgeable about the Real Estate Market in the Area and she was extremely easy to work with. We made an offer on a Short Sale Property and Sarah quickly and competently handled all of the necessary Short Sale Paperwork and Negotiations with the Foreclosing Bank. Due to the nature of a Short Sale, it took several months of review and negotiations for the Bank to finally say "Yes" to our proposal to buy the house. During the whole process, Sarah kept in close contact with us to keep us well-informed and to reassure us that, with patience, we could get the home we so very much wanted!
